2024年1月4日-5日，三联机械召开2023年度售后培训及质量分析大会。三联机械售后服务团队、技术研发团队、生产班组等相关人员参与会议，会议同时邀请了汇川技术金牌讲师对售后团队进行技术强化培训。

From January 4th to 5th, 2023, Sanlian Machinery held the 2023 after-sales training and quality analysis meeting. 售后服务团队成员大部分时间在全国各地乃至全球各个客户的生产现场奔波，本次会议的召集一是为提升自己的专业技能和服务水平，二是将现场遇到的问题与客户的需求带回来，一起深入探讨，以便更大程度的满足客户的需求，提高公司设备的质量水平。

The members of the after-sales service team spend most of their time traveling to the production sites of customers across the country and even around the world. 汇川技术股份的技术高管向与会技术人员详细讲解了2023年度电液行业的产品详情，并就常见碰到的伺服电液方面特别是伺服驱动器方面的故障和解决办法再次做了详细的分析与讲解。售后服务部部长李银武紧接着对后台类故障、电机类故障、以及面板显示类故障等，进行深入分析。

The technical executives of Inovance Technology Co., Ltd. gave a detailed explanation of the product details of the electro-hydraulic industry in 2023 to the attending technical personnel, and once again provided a detailed analysis and explanation of the common faults and solutions encountered in the servo electro-hydraulic field, especially in the servo drive field. 5日，技术团队和生产班组共同参与了质量提升会议。售后服务团队将客户现场遇到的问题一一呈现到技术设计和生产人员的眼前，大到机械结构的合理性，小到一个螺丝的必要性，以实践来论证设计，以最大化减少现场安装工作量为准则，将客户需求带到设备设计中，以进一步提高我司砖机产品的质量。

On the 5th, the technical team and production team jointly participated in the quality improvement meeting. The after-sales service team presents the problems encountered by customers on site one by one to the technical design and production personnel, ranging from the rationality of the mechanical structure to the necessity of a screw. The design is demonstrated through practice, with the principle of minimizing on-site installation workload. Customer needs are brought into equipment design to further improve the quality of our block machine products.
