韩国服务工程师韩铭、肖益盛,积极与国内事业部沟通,为客户进行韩国60吨履带吊设备整改,加快了公司下发整改的进度,对履带式起重机进行了制动系统的整改。2位工程师牺牲中秋节和周末的休息时间,尽心尽力为客户提供优质服务,赢得了客户的一致认可。
Korean service engineers Han Ming and Xiao Yisheng actively communicated with the domestic BU to rectify the 60-ton crawler crane equipment for customers. They have accelerated the progress of the rectification, and the braking system of the crawler crane has been rectified. The two engineers sacrificed the rest time of the Mid-Autumn Festival and the weekend to provide customers with quality service, and won the unanimous recognition of customers.

Hu Jiao, a service engineer, overcame the high temperature of 50 degrees and got wet all over. He repaired the equipment and ensured the normal construction for Sinopec, the largest Chinese customer in Saudi Arabia, and was praised by the customer.

Regional warehouse manager Liu Jincheng/Jinzhou team led the team members to work overtime until late at night when the main engine warehouse was out of stock to coordinate on site for safe unloading, saving the company over millions of lifting and demurrage charges.
